Investment Criteria
We provide mezzanine capital
with a volume of EUR 0.5 - 7.5 mn per transaction for a term of 4 - 7 years. A larger amount of mezzanine capital can be provided with syndication partners.
We invest in
- medium-sized companies that are firmly established in the market
- with a positive operational cash flow,
- good development potential and
- companies with a minimum turnover of EUR 2 mn (in Austria) or EUR 7.5 mn (in other EU countries).
- Austria and other EU countries, especially in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia.
The investment process, from establishing contact until the disbursement of capital, can be completed after about 2 months if all the necessary information is made available.
