Jörg-Thomas Leitner joined Mezzanin Finanzierungs AG as investment manager in 2005. He came from KPMG, where he had performed consulting and auditing activities. The focus of his work experience was national and international (group) accounting and auditing (due diligence).
Jörg-Thomas Leitner is a certified tax consultant and CPA since 2003. Since June 2007 he is authorised to sign jointly on behalf of Mezzanin Finanzierungs AG.

Gerald Horvath has been working at Mezzanin Finanzierungs AG as investment manager since the beginning of 2006, after previously working in the corporate finance department of Wienerberger AG in France and Vienna. He acquired his initial work experience in corporate finance advice with KPMG and CA-IB.
Gerald Horvath graduated from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and completed a Masters programme at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver).

As independent tax consultant for so far three years he has gained useful experience auditing medium and large sized companies according to UGB and IFRS in cooperation with an international auditor.
